I am trying to use mobile banking for the first time on my BB Storm 9530. I am having trouble accessing the site. Customer support at the bank is telling me I have to disable cookies. I cannot find a command that allows me to disable cookies. I am using the BlackBerry Browser.
As far as I know, you can delete all cookies, but you can't disable cookies, unless this functionality has been added in OS 6. And if it has, you'll find it in browser options, I'm sure. So, if you gone through browser options and drilled down and haven't found it, I'm willing to bet that it isn't something your BlackBerry can do.
