What exsacly changes when you switch from a official OS to a more advanced leaked one. .i mean i still see the same thing even if the new leaked version makes things smoother or when posting a new version why not include a change log to see whats added?

BlackBerry OS is propriety, they have never released a change list.

In general, a leak is an OS package released to the carrier for internal testing. Many times, the carrier will find fault with it and require another revision for subsequent testing.

At some point, the carrier will accept the package and make it available for upgrades to their customers. In the vast majority of cases, there is are no new features included, but there are internal changes, likely technical issues.

Leaked OS may not have features implemented. Power conservation was one example cited. Carriers need to be able to test specific features and some may be impacted by power conservation.

Release code will have all features implemented.
