I shipped my curve, along with the paperwork, to my stepfather for his personal use and low and behold the paperwork was there but no curve. I filed a claim but I can't figure out what happened....do you think an employee has sticky fingers? Btw, my stepfather said the FedEx envelope didn't appear as though it had been tampered with.

If you declared a value on it and filed the claim you should be ok. Sometimes packages come open during sort and the packaging and contents get separated. If that did happen there is a process in place that handles all of those products. And I hope you shipped it in more than just an envelope.
