    Ok..

I just got a Classic replaced. The device switch is doing its thing and I noticed that there are a couple thousand SMS messages being moved.

Now I know for certain that I don't have more than 5 SMS conversations on the old device.

Where are the thousands of others coming from?

Is it possible they are messages stored on my old device? if so where were they? I'm actually kind of anal about deleting messages when a conversation has ended.

Lastly, before I ship the old device back (I have 5 days) what should I be thinking/ doing to make sure that this new (pseudo) Classic is not a lemon?

    Thanks in advance.

Test the new device. Security wipe the old one and don't forget to remove it from Blackberry Protect.
