    Last nite, when I tried to backup my 8120 on DM, everything was working until it tried to backup my messages, and then it gave me an error message, saying it could not complete the backup. What gives?
    It also screwed up my address book synch and loaded up my wife's address book from her 8110 to my Berry.

    If it loaded another BB profile up that means the DM was opened under your wife's account. Was there a problem with the PIN? How odd...

    If you have a previous backup, you can use Advanced Restore to copy an earlier backup of your messages. That will mean some data loss, but it should correct the error in your device data base.
