I have a 8830 and tried to use the "Media" section of the Desktop Software and get the following error:

(Image file "file::C;\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\9.0\Common Resources\Shared\Generic\Images\About_RIM_Backgrou nd.png" cannot be loaded)

when I go to this file it opens fine and is just a basic logo.

Any suggestion??

Just one think that I noticed... There is a space in the name of the file, "Backgrou nd.png". Maybe try getting rid of that space. Also, try moving the file somewhere else or even locating it somewhere else on your computer, as that my just be a local host of that file.
