I have the CD to download the software, but when I click on the link to download the software, nothing happens.
It worked on my roommates computer, so I must be missing one of the requirements on mine.

Also, I have my back-up files saved, but the software isn't on this computer anymore. Once I download it will I be able to even restore it back to the old file?

I downloaded it a few times earlier, and once it downloads, it still won't finish. It prompts me to select the language, and I do and then it says preparing to install and disappears. I'm going to try it again though.

Definitely go with the version WITHOUT media manager!
