I just opened up my manager to transfer some pictures and there isn't an icon for media manager. What happened?

i went to bb.com. All the 4. whatevers say they don't include media mngr with the file. I tried to install a lower version than what I already have and it just tells me that i have a newer version. Didn't know what to do b/f I uninstall it...help

Go here
select Blackberry Desktop Software v4.6
and look for this file. It should be the second one in the list.
If you are not with AT&T that's OK. The software will work just fine.
