I can download DM on both my computers, desktop and laptop, and within hours, the application loader option disappears from the DM menu. All else works ok. I'm at a loss as I've downloaded the DM several times on both computers with the same results.
As long as the application loader shows, it works ok too.

That is unusal. I have had DM installed for several months in Windows Vista, never encouted that issue.

If I understand correctly, you can install DM and open it to find Applications Loader. If you return, it has vanished..

Is that correct?

If you need a work around, you can use Windows file browser to locate and run AppLoader directly.

Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research in motion\Apploader and run Loader.

Yeah, you got it exactly. It just disappears from the list of apps in DM. Might stay 1 hour or 1 week. Never had it last more than a week on either computer.
