Hi we have BES Express but it does not seem to delete mail in outlook when i delete it on my Blackberry.

Is there something i'm doing wrong, i have selected on the handset the option to delete on mailbox and handheld but still no joy

If it doesn't delete when you press Menu / Reconcile Now, then you'll just have to delete it manually. I've never figured out why, but deleting messages doesn't always sync properly.
