    When I try and delete a lot of e-mails, texts, and instant messenger threads, the instant messenger threads doint delete. Upon looking at them further, they look like they have a lock icon next to them. Can anyone help?

    Do you have a BB through your company or just your own personal phone? It sounds like there might be some type of encryption on the messages.
