I got my replacement BB today and used BB Desktop I used the "device switch wizard" I went to my carriers BIS account and changed my ESN and PIN, and resent my service books.
Now when I go to delete my email I dont get the option to delete "On Mailbox & Handheld, Handheld, or Cancel" all I get is "Delete or Cancel" I tried resending my service books and did a battery pull. Is there something that I'm missing?
This is on my Yahoo, Gmail and AIM email.
