Good Moring
I have the google play store on my passport, but I am very upset about deleting apps' issue. Its like a curse, and cannot be removed, all the apps stuck in the account/phone and takes a large storage space. Nearly all of them can't be moved to SD Card in order to remove it.

Kindly, Do anyone have a successful steps to end this problem ?

First, It's really not worth getting upset over a small handheld mobile device.
Besides, you have us to help you. (That could be worth getting upset about)
There are numerous somewhat complicated work-a-round fixes but the best way is to update your Passport to the latest and most stable OS 10.3.3.2163
That will fix your issue.

Back up your device with Link,( using your USB cable) close link, unzip your downloaded file, double click the unzipped file and watch it do it's thing.
DO NOT touch your device . YOu will want to but don't. the slightest movement could disconnect your cable and you'll just have to start over.
And not to worry. I've been helping people with their issues for about 9 years and no one's asked me to leave, yet!
