You can reinstall it with Desktop Manager's app loader. Just go to your carrier's web site to download the BB's OS (device handheld software). Make sure that you download the same version that installed on your phone. You can check by going to Options > About > third line will say what the version is (4.2.*). Once you have the OS installed onto your computer, you can use the app loader to install brickbreaker back. Simply check the box for brickbreaker.
