i bought a curve 8900 from someone. it was apperently wiped clean (so it seems) but his email accounts still pop up ( icannot read them by the way) and i have deleted them from the advanced options/service books.
i tried going to my BIS and deleting, but it never showed the option to delete them. is there anything i can do, or is it somthing the old user must do?

The original owner has to contact their provider and have the PIN released and the BIS account deleted.

the pin must be released because, im with a different service provider. the phone is originally ROGERS and has been unlocked to work with FIDO.
