Hey guys

Sorry if there is a similar post somewhere on the site I should refer to, it's brand new to me, still finding my feet.

I'm on my third blackberry hand-me-down from my dad and worst luck I seem to have something wrong with each one (is he trying to tell me something???)

Anyway, cut to the chase, he seems to look after them pretty well, but this latest Bold 9000 has a delete key which doesnt work. It's possible it was like this from new as he just picks up his mail and dials numbers on it..but what should I do? Is there a repair company, should I look at sending it back, or is this a firmware issue of some sort? It's in totally pristine condition.

Anyone suffered with keys not working?

Hmm. Try alternate os versions. Try a battery pull. Also, is it under warranty? With my Bold I had no problems.. but with this type of technology you'll have a hit or miss each time..
