Delete emails from my hotmail account from my BB

Hello everybody!

I am having problems with my BB because I cant seem to find a way to delete emails from my hotmail account from my BB.
I check my emails in my BB then erase it in inbox and handheld device but then I log in my hotmail account from my computer and to my surprise I have tons of emails!!
I dont know why this is happening since I have a gmail account and in that case it works perfectly fine.
Can anyone help me Pleaaase??

Go to your email set up and make sure that the reconcile deleted items is set on. This should achieve what you're looking for.

mark-d, All my settings are correct, yet I am having the same issue as 10's of others are here. Not sure what else I can do, except for call Verizon. Thanks for your help. :-)
