how do i delete all entries(address book, calendar, task,etc..) without doing it one by one? i just sold my fiances 7100g BB on ebay because she has switched to nextel and i have to ship out tomorrow.

Best bet is to do a wipe of the handheld. That will delete all of the personal info.

I would wipe the entire thing - agreed. And just reinstall the basic OS - just like it came when you bought it. Make sense?

Options / Security / General Settings / click thumbwheel / 'wipe handheld' - it will ask you to enter the word 'blackberry'...

But there is no "wipe" option when I go to options-security-general settings. All I get is password and lock options at this point.

you have to hit
menu>wipe handheld
will then appear...
