I have an 8830. I did not get it wet or drop it but it just started having very long delayed responses from the key pad. the scroll ball will work usually, but none of the keys will work. I've taken the battery out to restart it. it started yesterday. Randomly i've had about 10 mins of proper use, other than that, the phone reacts to the keys minutes after they have been pushed. The # key repeatedly pops up though. Anyone have any suggestions.
Besides taking out the battery how is your memory on the phone. The delay can be from a memory issue. Taking the battery out will usually resolve it for a while.
