so i dropped my blackberry curbe 8320 in the ocean and it wont turn on and now my led light is constant blue what does that mean?

Take the battery out immediately and dry off as much as you can and then bury it some rice overnight. You might get it back working long enough to get what you need off of it but salt water is just going to corrode the electronics so I'd get a replacement.
