    Just got my new torch, and had it for a week. I shut off last night and put it on the charger. Took it off the charger when I saw the green light meaning battery is fully charged. Turn on the phone or at least tried to this morning and the battery is dead. Need some help.

    If you only had your Torch for a week it's still under warranty. Take it back to AT&T.

    Wait wait. Don't need to swap the whole phone yet, just do the battery first, if the store can do it. Just don't wait until day 28 to start the process.

    Hmm...change the battery since it is under warranty. If can't, change the whole phone.

    However, if I am you, I will just change for the whole new set. That's what I paid for
