Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a Blackberry that can receive texts and emails or surf the web during a call. I have an 8700 and am looking to upgrade to a new device preferably on the Sprint network. All advice and info is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The bold 9000 and the upcoming bold 9700, or any 3G GSM device. Im pretty sure you cant do that over CDMA networks that offer 3G speeds.

Not possible. Sprint uses CDMA and data during calls is not possible with that technology, period. Same goes for Verizon. If you want data during calls you'll have to stick with AT&T or go to T-Mobile. They use GSM which does allow data during calls.
