    I don't have any complaints either, in October and November of last year I ordered a Q5 for my brother, it arrived 5 days later and then I took the big leap and ordered a Passport, it took 4 days to arrive! I was flabbergasted by the short delivery time and I live in BC Canada. However I have read the horror stories and sincerely hope I never have to return anything to Digital River.

    Actually, Digital River is not as bad as people make it seem on here.

    When I bought my Z10 a year ago, I paid $300 for it. And then, I immediately found a $100 discount code.

    I sent them an email, telling them that I forgot to put in a code. And they fixed the price after I paid, then gave me a partial refund of $100!

    Bought Z10 and Z30 from shopblackberry.com. Both arrived with no problems. The Z30 dropped from $299 to $225 ten days after I ordered it. I called them and they refunded the difference.
    I think that usually the only people that post about Digital River are the ones that have problems. I don't blame them for complaining, but I think it makes it seem like everyone is having problems. Those who haven't had problems are the " silent majority".

    Thousands of acquisitions and purchases are going through DR, of course they're going to hit a few bump along the road. You will see and hear about the negatives more on the board than the positives. People are spoiled by the less than a week shipment. It's partly DR's faults too. It's 2015. They need to ante up their service. They're not great by any mean. Just serviceable

    Edit: I agree that those with negative experiences are the ones that will post. Why start a thread stating my device came as ordered? So not disagreeing with your post, but from my experience they are more than just serviceable. I believe those that have such long waits are not adding expedited shipping for $5. Of course there was also some waiting going on when the Passport stock was low and sold out, but in general if the product is there, they are pretty good.

    I'll disagree from my experience since the BB10 launch. I have ordered through them over 10 times. Always pay the $5 for expedited shipping and it is always 2 days. I waited to order my Z30 I had in my cart until Monday afternoon because I worked Wednesday and wanted it to come today since I'm going to have to sign for it + I'm off and can set it up. Expecting a great device just like all of the others. Hopefully I don't jinx myself lol. Waiting now. Have always had great customer service from them as well. They also gave me a partial refund of $150 on the Passport because of a code that I saw people using on here shortly after launch. I don't even think that the code was meant to even include the Passport, but they were cool as always. Haven't had any problems at all. Everything positive from my shopblackberry experiences so far!

    I will say that their customer service is not like Amazon, but who's is? Anytime I'm not sure about something I order from Amazon and if I need to return anything so far Amazon has told me to just keep half the stuff I wanted to return and just refunded my credit card. Their customer service is ridiculous!

    I've ordered three BB's from DR in the past. All came in new, and very, very quick. Nothing but a positive experience for me with them. I just called them on Tuesday to do a price adjustment for the Passport I ordered from them two weeks ago. No hassle at all, and 48 hours later, the $100 refund posted to my CC.
