If you look close enough you can see a tub of Cool Whip hanging from the bumper.

I've seen that car as well riding around the Perimeter. I'm not so sure its an advertisement as someone thinking that it's a clever play on words? Anyways i can't help but laugh everytime I see it, whatever floats your boat I suppose.
