    I bought my curve about a month ago & for some reason I can't get the password off.every two minutes I have to sign back in. I went into security options & where I should be able to disable it there's a little red dot like it's locked,please help. I saved so long to but this phone but bc of this its a pain in the ***

    I had the same situation when I bought my curve off of ebay. You need to remove the IT policy on your curve. You can find instructions on how to do it here: http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/remo...y-phone-81401/

    It was pretty simple, just follow the instructions. Good luck!

    Just remove the IT Policy and you're good to go.

    I have a little orange padlock next to the password setting on mine, would removing the IT policy have the same affect on mine?

    Yes, it would. The lock means that there is an IT policy that will not allow you to change the setting.
