I'm trying to set up so I can use Blackberry messenger. The link to creating the account is here https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html but every time I enter the required information it says that it is not accessible by html browser and to use your device instead. I visited this site with my bb browser and got the same message. Exactly how do you set this up?

I think I'm confused, in fact I know I am. I already can send and receive email. I've installed Blackberry Messenger but from what I understand I have to set up a BIS account. When I click on your link and then try to create an account it asks me for my pin and IEMI number. I enter that and that is where I receive the "Does not support html" message.

Do you have an actual BB data plan? Not just the generic data/web-browsing plan? If so, you should be able to use BBM without having to log into BIS.

As for logging into BIS, try the "Email Settings" app on your phone, first of all.
