I need help updating my device i done all the instruction but near the end it say click on Desktop Manager i do and nothing happens which means the final step installing it through DM wont happen because somthings wrong
i deleted vendor (do i need to delet it from recycle bin too)

You have to permanently delete the vendor.xml file or just do shift+delete. You also have to uninstall and delete the old installed OS on your computer.
