I have a storm running on EDGE and every time I come on to check CB.com, it takes f'ing forever to load. Is there any way to speed it up?

Hmm I find that CB forums are slow anyway on PC, so maybe it's not your Storm or network?? Like going to my personal CB profile takes forever to load for some reason.

Make sure you go to m.crackberry.com. The mobile site is MUCH faster than the full site. The new beta looks almost the same as the full site anyway.

With the S1 if your strapped for memory like most just bookmarking the mobile site will save you some. I think the launcher is less than 200kbs so it might not be that big a deal.

Even the mobile site is one of the slowest sites I visit.

In my Browser Configuration, I uncheck Support Javascript, and Embedded Media, and Style Sheets. This gives me a much faster WAP browsing experience on my Curve. It's worth a try, and may make your CrackBerry time go more smoothly.

Use the mobile site and forum... With Opera Mini. It flies on my 8700 and is decently fast on my 7100t, which I am using since selling my 8900, and waiting for the 9700 to come next week.

If it is useable on a device with 16mb flash and 4 mb ram. I don't see why it wouldn't on your storm.
