Just wanted to thank the fantastic staff in the Customer Care Dept.

The biggest problem living in the great white north is the lack product and or accessories.

It's worse trying to find web companies that even ship to Canada.

Placed an order at 3:13am EDT on 6/14 and received a promise for a 12:00 pm delivery on 6/17.

Well they came 15 minutes early and I'm lovin my new Otterbox and Extended battery.
