I'm happy with what I have now but more is better still.
Bold 9930 and Playbook owner that loves them right now as is. People have focused on what the devices can't yet do. I focus on the awesome stuff that they can do right now.

(yeah, the PB app for Facebook is way better than the iPad)
we don't have angry birds but we do have FREE docs to go
we don't have xyz but Scrapbook allows to load awesome cards to facebook.
we don't have Kindle but have the Kindle clour reader and Kobo Books
we don't have abc but Dead Space is an awesome game
we don't have bcd but the 7 digital music store does awesome music and you can download to four devices for free and keep all your stuff in the cloud.
we don't have iPad marketing but have WAY better Dual Stereo Speakers.
The list goes on and on. As I said, I welcome ecosystem growth but that does not let me ignore the fact that the current device line up is awesome right now. With the current sale on the PB I can buy two Playbooks for one iPad2. Check out the specs and see for yourself:
10% faster processor, better speakers, better cameras, feels great and easy to take to kids football games and take video without looking like an ***** with a clipboard sized iPad.
You can always improve software via OTA but hardware is stuck. The Playbook has better hardware components so as the upgrades come it will be clear which is better and if we get BB Movies as stated, well, I'll love it even more.
O.K., I'm a little biased but think I have good reason to be. Oh yeah, and both devices are secure.
Looks promising, I hope that RIM are going to do all they can to get some good apps ported over!
This is very cool, feels like RIM is starting to get serious about talking to new developers. Open arms with love from RIM!! + looks like we will see some fruit coming off the Devcon vine!

If the 2.0 OS update works out and makes the PlayBook a fully functional tablet, I would shell out again for an upgraded version with a quad core and double the RAM. Unfortunately, that's a big 'if,' I'm afraid for 2.0, given RIM's propensity to underwhelm of late.
