I am trying to put my phone book on my blackberry 8130 but dont have a SIMM card. I was told that I can put the file in Outlook and sync it to my phone. I dont have outlook and I dont know very much about syncing and what not....
I have to put the file on the computer. Attatch the file to an Outlook e-mail and send the e-mail to my phone?

No, you can use device swith wizard on the new Desktop Manager or you can sync with Outlook and use Desktop Manager to sync with your BB.

I used Outlook and the desktop manager to put my contacts on my CB when I changed over to it. Another idea is to call a cell repair store and find out how much they'd charge to transfer all your info over.

Or go into your provider and ask them to carry it over from your last phone...if they're not busy and you ask nice ususlly they'll help u out. They might charge you, but it would be worth it I'm betting. Or you can go old school and enter each #. But that will take FOREVER!!!!!!!!
