Insurance company Aflac--yeah, the one with the duck--has what it calls a "technology concierge" for its staffers. This person is an expert in all things mobile, specifically BlackBerrys.

This article included 39 shortcuts and tips from Aflac's tech concierge that will teach even the most experienced BlackBerry users a few new tricks. I knew most of 'em from reading users guides and stuff, but I learned a couple of new things.

Definitely worth a read.
