Connection Issue
Hello Everyone,
I'm having an issue that I'm hoping some of y'all can help me with. I have the alarm.com app on my 9800 Torch and had used it successfully for several months until I recently updated my OS. Now every time I try to log in, I get the following message "Your connection timed out because you may be in an area with low wireless coverage. Please try again later". My wife also has a Torch and I updated her phone to the same OS, yet the same app on her phone works just fine. I also reverted to the old OS, but am still having the same issue. All permissions look correct. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
