I have a Torch 9800. Before the Wifi can connect to BIS then all of sudden it doesn't work anymore. It's the same WIFI and the same BB, anyone know how to fix this issue?

what is tour SO? the OS has the latest OS 6.0.747

The strange thing is that Facebook app can connect and refresh when connected to WIFI. So does the browser. I do understand that browser does not require BIS to browse, but I think Facebook app needs BIS?

the apps that are working are Facebook, browser. The one that I really want to use is BBM, but it doesn't work.

Of course I have BIS plan with the carrier. If not, I would know better.

I go out of country a lot and I need to be able to use BIS via WIFI. This sucks.

No wonder the BB has lost its place and on the downward slide. Such a nice looking device, but unfriendly terrible clunky software.
