Confirm Delivery/Read for ONE message

I've searched multiple times, but no luck.

Is there a way to have a Delivery Confirmation, or a Read Confirmation for one message, NOT sent to a Blackberry? I know the <confirm> tags will confirm deliver to a BB Device, but what about a non-BB based device?

Any way to confirm a one-time message?

Don't quote me on this, I'll have to touch base with our current BES admins, but I believe this can be done by BES users via a server policy. Check with your BES folks too.
