No, you cannot. However, if you haven't run it yet, the CrackBerry Memory Optimization Procedure that's linked in my sig will help you recover a lot of lost and wasted memory.

Memory usage is only 480kb with most 5.0 Core OS on a Bold which is less then 1%. With out. Any 3rd party apps I have 99% free mem. How much more do you need

I don't have a Bold, so I don't know what's normal for it, but your numbers are not realistic for an 8330 or 8830. The OS footprint is much larger in those than you state. My 8830, highly optimized, had at best 25MB for apps out of a total 64MB device. His 8330 is a 96MB device, and not a World Phone, so he may have around 80MB after loading his OS.

Well I went to media then looked at memory usage from the pull down. It shows media card and device memory. My device memory is what I stated above. Don't know about yours but I also optimized the OS before installing.

The Bold and later devices such as the Tour are in a different memory class than the 8x30s. You may also have optimized your Bold OS more thoroughly than I did my 8830. Just for comparison, what do you show for Options / Status / File Free? My Tour has 87 474 734 bytes and has not been optimized. With that much free memory, I haven't bothered to.

42035991 Bytes not sure if this is double post. This is after 2 days use. I just installed 464 yesterday.
I know the tour has a higher memory capacity
Here is what I get after reboot 45734351 Bytes. Plus my batt drop on restart went from 70% to 66%.

                     8330 Bold Tour
    Onboard memory 96 MB 1 GB 256MB
    Flash memory 96 MB 128 MB 256MB
You can see why you and I have more memory to work with than an 8330 user.
