Ok, here is the situation, In August my husband and I decided to leave our previous carrier and switch to Sprint. Within the first month I notice I was having more problems with my data network service than my husband but we decided to continue the services. After the second month and my second phone I couldn't take it anymore and we decide to switch to Verizon.

So this is my question....since I have not paid my cancellation fee yet (haven't recieved the bill) is my ESN clean? We want to sell the phones on ebay but I want to make sure the phones will be usable by another sprint customer?

    Thanks!
Pay the bill and there will be no issues selling.

I don't know if sprint will black list those phones. But expect a bill from them for full retail price if you got a subsidized price when you signed up. I'm pretty sure you are required to return them to sprint.

You should pay your cancellation fee before selling the phones.
