Not surprising I suppose, although AT&T and Verizon still have them in stock. It makes me wonder if there is any BlackBerry device in production currently.

Almost certainly, no. Assuming the upcoming Android handsets actually get greenlit, they'll be in production in the fall. Currently, there's no reason for anything to be in production - there is plenty of production capacity to meet the entire projected demand of Privs in a month, and that run has already taken place and ended, and the manufacturing partner is using that line to build other devices for other customers.
