I've been looking all over for a citibank mobile app for my bb bold 9930. Does anyone if there is one available? If so where do I get it from?

Citibank does not have a BB mobile app. You can access Citi's mobiel website by pointing your browser to citi.com. Works just as well.

I use the mobile website as well. Get yourself to the login page and then save the page bookmark to your home screen.
In the 9930 it is right under the add to bookmark option.

This way it will app just like an app taking you directly to the logim
