Hey I have Purchased the cipher bounce theme twice now, both times I got the purchace confirmation, but it did not give me a download link. I tried emailing and calling the company with no reply. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

It worked fine for me. I was given a download link in an email. I also got an email address for support, maybe you should give it a try.
