ugh. i just got this email too. altho, i really dont mind much cause there wasnt much you could do on the app vs the mobile site. experience is about the same.

Not having a Z10, I ask this sincerely - is there a BB10 Chase app, and do you think this just applies to BBOS, or is it BB10 as well?

Either way, I'd not be happy either. I wonder if it's a cost thing, keeping it maintained. At any rate, stinks for people losing it.

I would say the biggest thing would be not having the Quick Deposit. I don't do a whole lot of checks, so when I do get one, it's nice to not have to run down to the bank for just one thing.

I am pretty annoyed about this too but do you think they will be making an app for BlackBerry 10 devices or they are just dropping BlackBerry completely?

Yeah I just got the same email. I used that app frequently darn it. I hope they're working on a BB10 version but who knows. I'll email them when I get some time and ask what's going on.

ya. i havent deposited checks often this way, maybe a couple of times when it became possible. then again i started moving my stuff outta chase, so havent used it in a while.

i can see it being a huge hit towards users who use quick deposit regularly.

it is unfortunate that so many banks are stopping support for BB. just means they can deal with me over the phone and utilize manpower to take care of my needs and probably at a greater cost than supporting an app for my device of choice

Why don't you all mail their support back that you are disappointed and considering changing bank because of their decision.
Enough mails will definitely put pressure on them.

I tweeted @ChaseSupport. Such bullsh1t that they'd not make an app for BlackBerry10.

Or give us an Android port. Big banks do nothing but charge fees every chance they get, the least they could do is spend some money on an app for an established smartphone manufacturer.

There is an Android port and I hear it works quite well with the Z10...that doesn't help anyone with OS 7 and below though.

Glad to see this! When I got the email I was pissed as everyone here. But I have heard the chase app sideload does work well as someone up top mentioned.
