Charity Bike Ride mapping help...

Hi all,

In two weeks i'm cycling the length of Wales, UK for charity.

I'm looking for a mapping /GPS application that will work even when i havent got network coverage.

Ideally I would be able to map my route onto the app before leaving.

Can you suggest anything

I am aware of two apps, trekbuddy and MobileGmaps (not google) where you can download maps to your computer in advance and compile a mapping system. See extensive thread in this subforum - something along the lines of "mapping without DATA" for a pretty good tutorial on mobilegmaps.
