    Do I need my blackberry chinese and korean characters? if I delete them will there be any harm? will I gain any memory space? or does none of this even matter?

    You don't need them if you don't use them, you can go to DM and in app loader delete all the languages you don't use...it frees up significant amount of memory

    You can also delete them from your berry. Options>applications>delete the languages you won't ever use. Just be careful. If you have a doubt about what it is don't delete it. Erase the wrong file in there and your phone is a brick.

    Why stop at languages? You can use CrackMem and remove carrier themes, TTY Hearing Aid Support, ICQ, Help, etc. from your OS as well.

    Be careful though when deleted the pre-installed themes. Some of the 3rd-party themes will not work if you delete the pre-installed themes.

    CrackMem only removes carrier themes, not OEM Zen themes like the other Mem program that starts with an M.

    There is no harm in removing carrier themes.
