I have my brothers mobile # and work # in his contact info on bb address book. when dial his name it shows his work # first instead of mobile. I always end up calling his job rather his cell cuz I want to just dial his name and call. Can get my bb to see his mobile as a primary and then work #?
Create two different address book entries for him? One with each number.
Work will ALWAYS show up on top.
it may just be the design of the BB OS since BBs are business oriented
"Work" is always primary with BB's. Just the way they're made.
You'll even notice that if you go to save a number from the call log, it stores it as "work" by default.
When I go to SMS compose and type his name it shows mobile first

That's because SMS is designed for mobile-mobile...when making a call though it will default to work# 1st.
