Changing phones

I currently have the Tour 9630 with Verizon, I am 14 months into my contract. I have been having horrible problems with my trackball and was thinking of buying the Bold 9650 with the trackpad to save my sanity...my question is, if I do this will everything on my Tour transfer over to the Bold...such as pictures and text messages? I would really hate to lose all of this stuff!

your pictures SHOULD be on your memory card, just put it in the new device.

and if you use Device Switch Wizard in Desktop manager, everything will transfer over. (NOT MEDIA, if its on the memory card in 9630)

So text messages will transfer over with no issues? And only if I use the device switch wizard?
