    Hi.
I think you could use Movavi Video Converter. I use it to convert any video to something that will play on my phone. It's not free through and use have to use it on a computer...not your phone.

I recommend VidCoder. It's totally free, uses Handbrake as the encoding engine, is easy to use (Handbrake really isn't by itself), and most importantly to me, it supports X264, which is an advanced version of H264 that allows for smaller file sizes with nearly no loss in quality while retaining full backwards compatibility. It also defaults to +8 db of audio boost, which is important because DVD/Blu-Ray players have a boost built-in, but video files don't, and a direct rip without any adjustment will result in video files that have very low audio levels.

Of all the apps I've tried, including pay apps, VidCoder is among the very best.

There are many free video converters on the Internet, for example Handbrake, ImgBurn, etc. If you also want to experience some paid wares, here is good one for you. You can just read this article DVD to Galaxy S to find the software and more information about it. Good luck to you!

I use AppGeeker video converter (www.appgeeker.com), I'm not sure it's the fastest but it works well, and I can leave it running in the background and game without any performance hit.
Free program wise you could try handbrake or Format Factory. Handbrake would be the easiest to use.
