Thank you, I appreciate it and that could've been a possibility except. I don't think that was the problem though. Once I switch to my Z10(my first and only BB10 device) I never bothered or even wanted to switch to another device. So after I put the sim in the Z10, I never had to take it out. Except one day, it said no sim was inserted. So I pulled the battery and pulled the aim and put it back in. But no dice. The sim tray looks fine and the same though it won't work. So I now I'm stuck using the 5S until the Q10 arrives. Hopefully sooner that expected.
My friends S4 had sim problems, it's useless

Screens too small for some apps (candy crush instagram tinder). At least when I had one for a couple days. So maybe there configured for the screen now. Other then that a solid phone.

Attachment 307649Attachment 307650Attachment 307651I made this to explain how to fix the reset problem if you get a device that suffers from it. I've never had a reboot since and I've had this solution for over a year. I've never had the double type issue either. I bought my Q10 in June of 2013. GL

I rocked a Q for 18 months and never had a reset problem (hardware or software)...I did replace my keyboard to rectify the double typing issue - it was easier than I expected. Man, when I had to replace some stuff in my daughter's iphone 4s, it was a nightmare in comparison. If you're getting a later production Q, it may not develop the double typing (original Q keyboard had a shinier finish than the replacement board).

I'm currently on my 2nd Q10 and neither of them had random reset or double typing issues. I sold the first one because I was stupid and didn't realize how much I'd miss it.

There is no factual basis to suggest that BlackBerry fixed the keyboard problem. The fixes for the reboot issue effectively turn your phone into one with a non removable battery.

I got it yesterday. I must say that this is one beautiful device. I knew what to expect with the software. Another well built device from blackberry. Just one thing odd. It was on BB10.1.xxxxxx then I updated the software to 10.2.2158 or something around there. now my question is, why isn't my wifi calling working with 10.2. Meanwhile it worked with 10.1 and with 10.2 on the Z10. Just curious what makes 10.2 different on the Q10 to stop it from working?

I've had a q10 and now I got the passport. The q10 is a great device faults free. Only had a problem where the keyboard double clicks, wasn't that big of a problem. Anyhow it's a great device and I do recommend it. Good luck
