    Hi, guys. I recently bought a Bold 9780 with a data plan to a mexican carrier named Iusacell. I have this problem: when I connect my BB to a Wi-Fi network, everything works fine but the BB messenger, it doesn't send or receive messages. Is there anyone who knows the cause of this problem and how to fix it? Thanks.

    Confirm with your carrier that you have a BIS plan or that BIS is included in your data plan. You'll need it to BBM.

    Hi,

    I have the issue that it works with some WiFi's (e.g. Airport) but not my home WiFi. I think it is because the router's NAT service blocks certain ports for the device (Browsing works, BBM and EMail don't), hence the question:

    Does anyone know which ports Blackberry Internet Service uses for EMail and BBM?

    I had the same problem with my home wifi.
    I used the blackberry desktop app on my computer to restore an old backup of my phone. I used the custom restoration because I didn't want everything to revert back to old settings.My Wifi works perfect now.
