    I'm no linger able to sync my BB storm to my PC outlook. Had been working fine but now get a message that "The operation terminated unexpectedly" from Intellisync. I've tried re-loading Desktop Manager but it didn't help, any ideas?

    Try resetting the sync settings on the desktop manager, see if that helps.
