Can't Send or Receive messages
Have Hard Reset and am connected to my provider with EDGE symbol OK
Get clock and then cross symbol when I try to send messages
Phone works and get sound signal when messages qarrive
Is there anything else I can do to get my BB working again

Have you set up your imei and pin with your service provider
Do that and see if that changes things
